Positive: Real piece pearl and icon of Architecture history-/ There is hery few comparable on the world. It stands emblematic for a time when people still believed in the power of community. The love in detailing is remarkable in the exteriour as in the interiour of of the apartments. Positive: The flat is in the town centre with great choice of restaurants and shops. The host was incredibly responsive and went out of their way to help. Designed in the 1960s for the Olivetti firm, the building features a unique typewriter-inspired shape and was the work of renowned architects.
Negative: The exterior of the building could be better maintained.

Positive: Exceptional design and architecture of a once abandoned utopia of Olivetti . This room is a masterpiece that should be preserved and maintained without any adaptation or change in aesthetics.
Negative: Some details from 70s are fading and would deserve a bit of care. Hopefully the rest of the complex will get restored to its original glory one time.

Positive: The internal architecture of the apartment was incredible. It remained a source of wonder for the whole stay. It was great to be in the centre of the city with a view over the park full of trees and greenery. Roberta responded to my queries with thought and consideration.
Negative: I felt uncomfortable to find that most of the building was abandoned. The entry point to the locked gate was uninviting. After finding that the key to the outside gate failed to function on one occasion, I was worried that it might fail to function again. There seemed to be no way of exiting the building without a key, so I was worried what might happen if there were to be an emergency.
Summary: a mixture of delight and apprehension :)

Positive: Very interesting historical building formerly owned by the Olivetti typewriter company. The building is in the shape of a typewriter and the apartment is in one of the "keys". Apartment is long and narrow. But clean and well appointed. Very responsive hostess. Location is excellent, along the river by a park and close to restaurants and shopping.
